Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in digital sales or online media targeting executive-level brand clients.
  • Established and transferable relationships within CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment verticals.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience closing committed deals in excess of $1M annually.
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Deep knowledge of promoted and organic best practices on major social media platforms.
  • Ability to navigate and lead in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
  • Must be based in the Chicago metro area.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Fortune 1000 companies and agency partners to drive adoption of creator marketing.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach focused on client objectives and deal urgency.
  • Convey value propositions centered on targeted, trend-forward creator content.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to penetrate accounts and close business.
  • Develop strategic, long-term client relationships through large annual and multi-year commitments.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and carry an individual revenue quota.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to leadership scaling efforts.
  • Serve as a lead storyteller to educate clients on platform best practices.
