Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in digital sales or online media targeting executive-level brand clients.
- Established and transferable relationships within CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment verticals.
- Demonstrable track record of consistent quota achievement.
- Experience closing committed deals in excess of $1M annually.
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Deep knowledge of promoted and organic best practices on major social media platforms.
- Ability to navigate and lead in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
- Must be based in the Chicago metro area.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Fortune 1000 companies and agency partners to drive adoption of creator marketing.
- Apply a consultative sales approach focused on client objectives and deal urgency.
- Convey value propositions centered on targeted, trend-forward creator content.
- Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to penetrate accounts and close business.
- Develop strategic, long-term client relationships through large annual and multi-year commitments.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and carry an individual revenue quota.
- Mentor team members and contribute to leadership scaling efforts.
- Serve as a lead storyteller to educate clients on platform best practices.
