  • Experience managing large deal sizes ($250K+).
  • Technical knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, and data lakehouses.
  • Understanding of AI/ML and HPC environments.
  • History of building co-selling strategies with channel and alliance partners.
  • Proven experience competing against legacy storage vendors.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and identify enterprise opportunities to generate pipeline.
  • Articulate value propositions for AI/ML and HPC data infrastructure.
  • Manage the full sales cycle to close deals valued at $250K+.
  • Position MinIO against legacy storage competitors.
  • Build ROI models and business cases for strategic transformation.
  • Develop and execute partner-led co-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
