Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API documentation.
- Ability to validate endpoints using tools such as Postman.
- Proven talent for working directly with customers to elicit requirements.
- Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers within Germany.
- Experience utilizing AI tools routinely in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the integrations product area, including the REST API and connectors to systems like RIB iTWO.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Germany to support implementation and gather requirements.
- Elicit and prioritize integration requirements based on impact, effort, and platform strategy.
- Translate requirements into well-scoped engineering tickets with necessary technical context.
- Validate API endpoints, documentation, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to facilitate seamless integrations.
