Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (any discipline).
- Two years of experience in blockchain-related Product Management.
- One year of experience with On-chain Transaction Ingestion and RPC/Node Integration.
- One year of experience with Interoperability blockchain technologies.
- One year of experience with MEV (Maximal Extractable Value).
- One year of experience with Low-level orderflow and block building.
- Ability to work in a highly autonomous, accelerated R&D environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the development of R&D products like mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, and MEV-Share.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure products including Flashblocks and BuilderNet.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to advance open research and breakthrough product development.
- Translate complex MEV and blockchain technical concepts into impactful product roadmaps.
- Engage with the crypto community to ensure decentralization, permissionless access, and censorship-resistance.
