Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a PM at a PLG SaaS company or in mobile gaming.
- Proven ability to attribute ARR growth to personal work.
- Fluent in SQL and PostHog/HogQL.
- Experience shipping in-product growth surfaces and analyzing before/after numbers.
- Proficient in writing PRDs and in-product microcopy.
- Experience with integration, OAuth, auth-funnel, and retention cohort work.
- Strong ability to operate independently with a founder mentality.
- Ability to ship features weekly and manage data-driven experimentation.
- Familiarity with Linear for project management.
Responsibilities
- Own activation, retention, and monetization across the user journey.
- Run the experiment loop including onboarding, integration activation, pricing, and churn-recovery.
- Formulate hypotheses, instrument experiments, and ship features with engineering.
- Analyze cohort data to decide which growth initiatives scale.
- Write own queries, PRDs, and in-product microcopy.
- Maintain at least three live experiments at any given time.
- Partner with co-founders and engineering on product-led growth strategy.
