Requirements

  • Healthcare/benefits industry experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training, focused on pre- and post-sales teams and processes.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated success in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in GTM technologies such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leadership and team members across Growth and Client Organizations to align enablement priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to develop impactful enablement content.
  • Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training, using adult learning principles.
  • Manage high-quality GTM content such as playbooks and maintain learning management systems for easy access to resources.
  • Partner with Business Operations to analyze performance data and provide recommendations for continuous enablement improvements.
  • Drive enablement initiatives from conception to completion using strong project management skills.
