Requirements

  • Healthcare/benefits industry experience is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training, focused on both pre- and post-sales teams.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of direct training experience preferred.
  • 7-10 years of commercial experience highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams to execute enablement plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills to navigate complex organizational environments.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with leadership and team members across Growth and Client organizations.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement priorities and execution plans.
  • Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training.
  • Co-create and manage high-quality enablement content, playbooks, and best practices documentation.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs using key metrics to inform improvements.
  • Drive enablement initiatives from conception to completion using strong project management skills.
