Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, go-to-market operations, sales operations, or a related role within a mid-to-large scale software or technology sales organization.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
- Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and translating insights into clear updates and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadership.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and program-based selling.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global enterprise program offerings aligned to Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in support of defined sales program objectives.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders, track action items, and maintain consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform enterprise program strategy.
- Define, track, and report key metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and support mitigation efforts.
- Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth.
