Requirements

- Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time.
- Prior experience in analyzing proposals, preferably in the energy or clean tech industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Responsibilities
- Own the successful delivery of customer projects through launch.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and achieve key milestones.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to help evaluate options and execute projects.
- Coordinate communication among buyers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Keep stakeholders informed through status updates, meetings, and reports.
- Evaluate and analyze energy provider proposals for compliance, financial feasibility, and risk.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize project delivery.
