- Degreed professional.
- Experience in the field of filtration applications and products.
- Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience.
- Willingness to travel within the specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability for time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with distributors is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges in the South of England.
- Manage direct and indirect sales strategies and support, motivate, and train the sales team.
- Create end-user demand for direct and indirect customers with at least 70% of time spent in the field.
- Motivate, encourage, and support distributors to promote lab filtration ranges in named key accounts.
- Conduct sales negotiations and deal closures with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products.
- Actively use Salesforce CRM to ensure transparency and total customer management.
- Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions.
