Requirements

  • Degreed professional.
  • Experience in the field of filtration applications and products.
  • Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability for time management and prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with distributors is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges in the South of England.
  • Manage direct and indirect sales strategies and support, motivate, and train the sales team.
  • Create end-user demand for direct and indirect customers with at least 70% of time spent in the field.
  • Motivate, encourage, and support distributors to promote lab filtration ranges in named key accounts.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and deal closures with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products.
  • Actively use Salesforce CRM to ensure transparency and total customer management.
  • Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions.
