Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- 3+ years of direct B2C selling experience preferred.
- Formal training in a selling methodology (e.g., Consultative, SPIN, Challenger).
- Strong analytical skills with a successful track record in sales.
- Experience in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call environment.
- Proficiency in sales tools including CRM, databases, and reporting software.
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, phone, and listening skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Document and track all leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota.
- Contact existing client base to gain referrals and offer additional service options.
- Articulate technical and clinical information effectively.
- Educate prospective customers on newborn stem cell banking services.
- Comply with assigned schedules and productivity metrics.
