Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities for multiple executives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting polished communications.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Absolute discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Experience with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Slack).
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, health tech, or a mission-driven startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple C-suite executives by resolving conflicts and prioritizing requests.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and talking points for executive meetings.
- Draft correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of executives with appropriate judgment.
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure project completion.
- Process expense reports and manage reimbursements accurately.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and board preparations.
- Support onboarding for new senior leaders and manage vendor relationships.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for supported executives across the organization.
