Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling enablement or GTM strategy functions during significant organizational growth.
- Extensive experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise in guiding large field organizations through complex messaging or process shifts.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed, global teams across central, regional, and partner functions.
- Strong practical knowledge of scaling enterprise sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
- High level of tech literacy with experience leveraging AI and automation for knowledge delivery.
- Focused on measurable outcomes such as ramp velocity, field qualification, and play adoption.
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable field-facing enablement programs.
Responsibilities
- Drive global change management for sales motions, messaging standards, and methodologies.
- Scale enablement infrastructure to support rapid field expansion and onboarding velocity.
- Implement an agile, sprint-based execution cadence for messaging updates.
- Codify enterprise qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC into discovery and deal-review templates.
- Establish proficiency gates for rep onboarding and ongoing readiness certification.
- Partner with product teams to integrate sales plays into internal AI-driven, just-in-time learning tools.
- Oversee regional enablement resources to ensure local market contextualization.
- Maintain a standalone partner enablement engine for cloud providers and channel certifications.
- Develop data-driven coaching workflows for frontline sales managers.
