Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience using CRMs, customer support platforms, and SMS tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional setup for video calls.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM computer setup.
- Dual monitors.
- Minimum typing speed of 45–50 WPM.
- Schedule flexibility to adapt to changing needs, especially during high-demand virtual events.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and SMS.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate and engage with members in online communities (such as Facebook Groups).
- Assist attendees during live virtual events and help resolve issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our CRM and support platforms.
