Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience using CRMs, customer support platforms, and SMS tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional setup for video calls.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM computer setup.
  • Dual monitors.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45–50 WPM.
  • Schedule flexibility to adapt to changing needs, especially during high-demand virtual events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and SMS.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Moderate and engage with members in online communities (such as Facebook Groups).
  • Assist attendees during live virtual events and help resolve issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our CRM and support platforms.
