Requirements
- Prior experience in lead generation and sales, SaaS experience preferred.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding individual quotas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Keen interest in the technology industry.
- BS or BA in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (optional).
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to think clearly under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads via meetings, email, phone, or chat-bots from a Target Account List.
- Build a qualified pipeline by researching and strategizing with Account Executives on target account approaches.
- Execute outbound strategies by creating relevant content such as case studies, emails, and presentations.
- Use Salesforce to track and report on sales activities and account buying journeys.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Enablement teams to refine messaging and optimize target account lists.
- Represent Algolia at field events as required.
