Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or program management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and workflows simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or complex product environments preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM and CSM platforms helpful

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding delivery, including leading kickoffs, managing timelines, and driving partners to successful go-live.
  • Execute onboarding playbooks and provide training on immersive classroom modalities for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Manage structured engagement cadences such as check-ins, milestones, and success reviews.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Educator Experience teams to resolve issues and ensure partner outcomes.
  • Identify gaps in onboarding and partner experience to contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Manage partner workflows, deliverables, and communications with high attention to detail.
