- Own onboarding delivery, including leading kickoffs, managing timelines, and driving partners to successful go-live.
- Execute onboarding playbooks and provide training on immersive classroom modalities for stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Manage structured engagement cadences such as check-ins, milestones, and success reviews.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Educator Experience teams to resolve issues and ensure partner outcomes.
- Identify gaps in onboarding and partner experience to contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Manage partner workflows, deliverables, and communications with high attention to detail.
