Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in the marketing industry.
  • 7+ years in account management or a senior client-facing role within a media or integrated agency.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel programs with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, including direct report oversight and performance management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including full ownership of account budgets and margin management.
  • Experienced in vendor contracting, partner management, and SOW negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and senior presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of accounts or a defined functional pod end-to-end, owning delivery outcomes.
  • Standardize account and project planning tools, workflows, and operating rhythms.
  • Oversee resourcing, team capacity planning, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
  • Manage the full contractual and commercial lifecycle with vendors and media partners.
  • Own account budgets, scope negotiations, and margin management.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, revenue recognition, and client billing.
  • Develop multi-year investment roadmaps and lead senior-level client engagement touchpoints like QBRs.
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports through performance management and career development.
