Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of directing high-visibility, multi-channel enterprise engagements.
- Experience managing substantial media oversight ($25M+ monthly).
- Clear ownership of retention, upsell, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience leading executive-level conversations.
- Ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Previous agency or consulting experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Strong team management and mentorship capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic direction of pod accounts, aligning comprehensive strategies with client goals.
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships to understand needs and expectations.
- Monitor client churn rates, provide reports to senior leadership, and formulate retention strategies.
- Identify and facilitate account growth and upselling opportunities.
- Mentor and provide leadership to Account Management Managers and Account Managers.
- Collaborate across paid, organic, and creative teams to deliver integrated services.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
