- Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, proposal development, and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Own and qualify a pipeline of web and brand engagements.
- Carry a monthly sales target primarily weighted toward recurring revenue.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business needs.
- Develop and present strategic proposals for web builds and retainers.
- Scope work with precision balancing ambition, budget, and capacity.
- Ensure seamless handoff from sales to delivery teams.
- Serve as an agency ambassador to build long-term client trust.
