Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a digital agency or similar client services environment.
- Proven track record of growing multi-million dollar accounts or business units.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing a P&L, forecasting, and resourcing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams at scale including Account, PM, Strategy, Design, and Development.
- Ability to operate across both strategy and execution, from executive client dialogue to delivery oversight.
- Proven experience leading and growing large, complex client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive sponsor for priority and enterprise accounts with accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Drive revenue growth across the portfolio, identifying and converting high-value upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Define and implement clear delivery standards for multi-disciplinary engagements, integrating AI and improving quality assurance.
- Manage financial performance including contribution margin, utilization, revenue mix, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead and evolve the Account Management function, managing and developing senior leaders to ensure business and operational excellence.
- Partner with executive leadership to evolve team structure and operating models to support larger, more complex engagements.
