Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, consulting, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in business development and driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and advisor needs.
- Current CFP® designation or equivalent professional designation.
- Active FINRA Series 7 license.
- Active FINRA Series 66 license.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans and annual operating budgets.
- Partner with executive leadership to enhance service offerings and drive business expansion.
- Create and implement business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, and industry partners.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality financial planning solutions to clients.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead financial planning professionals.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
