Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of directing high-visibility, multi-channel enterprise engagements ($25M+ monthly media oversight).
  • Strong background in budget orchestration and performance outcome management.
  • Demonstrated experience in executive-level strategic communication.
  • Clear ownership of retention, upsell, and revenue outcomes.
  • Previous agency or consulting experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Expertise in team management and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic direction of all pod accounts, aligning strategies with client goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships through quarterly strategy sessions.
  • Monitor client churn and formulate strategies to minimize turnover and maximize retention.
  • Identify and facilitate account growth and upselling opportunities within client portfolios.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the Account Management Manager and Account Managers.
  • Collaborate across departments including paid, organic, and creative teams to deliver integrated services.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs, providing detailed reports to senior leadership.
