Requirements
- 8+ years total experience in Account Management or Sales within a SaaS or technology company.
- 3+ years specifically in enterprise customer-facing roles (expansion, upsell, cross-sell, or strategic account management) for organizations with 2,000+ employees.
- Direct, sustained enterprise segment experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise account complexity, including regional, subsidiary, and business unit dynamics.
- Strong track record of self-prospecting and mapping stakeholders who do not already exist in CRM.
- Skilled at multi-threading across procurement, legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Deep experience in research, opportunity mapping, risk tracking, and executive relationship development.
- Ability to arrive with an established enterprise expansion playbook.
- Demonstrated ability to execute multi-product cross-sell into existing accounts.
- Comfortable managing and directing a BDR resource.
Responsibilities
- Establish and drive a world-class enterprise expansion function.
- Own the growth motion across high-potential accounts using deep account planning discipline.
- Self-generate pipeline through proactive multi-threading across procurement, legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Execute structured cross-sell plays for Sales Planning and Catalyst AI.
- Develop enterprise expansion playbooks to define best practices for the long term.
- Lead and leverage a coordinated account team, including a BDR and an AI SDR, without micromanagement.
