Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of successful sales experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Office Supplies, including facility, breakroom, technology, furniture, and print products.
  • 4-6 years of experience in consultative, solution, and insight selling, negotiation, and client management.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
  • Ability to analyze customer data, business trends, and industry trends to create solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing programs or business development.
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations face-to-face and virtually.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large, complex company.
  • Experience managing a sales budget and track record of exceeding quota.
  • Prior experience managing Fortune 1000 accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive account growth and profitability strategy by securing incremental and renewal commitments.
  • Map and execute account growth strategies, teaming with category experts to penetrate accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools like SFDC to prioritize activities and document customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management on discretionary pricing and contract opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with senior executive team members.
  • Coordinate with CSM and internal support teams to manage customer maintenance and experience.
