Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of successful sales experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in Office Supplies, including facility, breakroom, technology, furniture, and print products.
- 4-6 years of experience in consultative, solution, and insight selling, negotiation, and client management.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
- Ability to analyze customer data, business trends, and industry trends to create solutions.
- Proven track record of managing programs or business development.
- Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations face-to-face and virtually.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large, complex company.
- Experience managing a sales budget and track record of exceeding quota.
- Prior experience managing Fortune 1000 accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive account growth and profitability strategy by securing incremental and renewal commitments.
- Map and execute account growth strategies, teaming with category experts to penetrate accounts.
- Utilize sales tools like SFDC to prioritize activities and document customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management on discretionary pricing and contract opportunities.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with senior executive team members.
- Coordinate with CSM and internal support teams to manage customer maintenance and experience.
