Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management, stakeholder management, or service delivery.
  • Background in the WiFi market or relevant managed services/service integration industries.
  • Understanding of the public sector landscape (central and/or local government).
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality service reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a security clearance check.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for external service enquiries and escalations.
  • Schedule and chair customer meetings, including regular service reviews with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate billing and contract adherence.
  • Analyze and present service data and trends to customers to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the incident management process as a liaison between Wifinity and the customer.
