Requirements
- Experience in relationship management, stakeholder management, or service delivery.
- Background in the WiFi market or relevant managed services/service integration industries.
- Understanding of the public sector landscape (central and/or local government).
- Proven track record of producing high-quality service reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a security clearance check.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for external service enquiries and escalations.
- Schedule and chair customer meetings, including regular service reviews with stakeholders.
- Monitor and track performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate billing and contract adherence.
- Analyze and present service data and trends to customers to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage the incident management process as a liaison between Wifinity and the customer.
