- License or state experience in the Northeast states
- Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with claims management software
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims
- Take statements from relevant parties
- Calculate and pay lost wage benefits
- File required state forms
- Manage claims denials and subrogation
- Handle litigation processes
- Communicate professionally with CEOs, claimants, providers, and attorneys
