- Experience with claims management software.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
- Take claimant statements.
- Manage lost wage benefit payments.
- File required state forms.
- Handle claim denials.
- Manage subrogation and litigation processes.
- Communicate effectively with CEOs, claimants, medical providers, and attorneys.
