- Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
- Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
- Take statements and manage claim documentation.
- Pay lost wage benefits and file state forms.
- Handle claim denials and subrogation tasks.
- Manage litigation processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders including CEOs, claimants, providers, and attorneys.
