Requirements
- 10+ years of market research experience in fast-paced, consumer-facing organizations.
- Strong track record of staff-level independent impact.
- Genuinely mixed-methods research capability with hands-on quantitative skills (surveys, weighting, response effects).
- Expertise in qualitative toolkit (in-depth interviews, focus groups, diary studies, unmoderated testing).
- High AI fluency with ability to apply AI to accelerate and scale research.
- Self-directed ability to drive studies to decisions with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with research tools such as Qualtrics and dScout.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, and Python.
- Degree in a human-behavior-related field (e.g., Market Research, Business, HCI, Economics, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Independently scope and execute end-to-end mixed-method studies including design, programming, fielding, and analysis.
- Partner with marketing, brand, product, design, and data science teams to identify research opportunities.
- Apply AI tools across the research lifecycle while ensuring output accuracy and mitigating bias.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into compelling, actionable reports for company leadership.
- Select and apply optimal methodologies including segmentation, brand testing, and in-depth interviews.
- Act as an advocate for pros and customers, providing outside-in market and competitive perspectives.
