Requirements
- Proficiency in AI and advanced analytics software (Excel, SPSS, Q, etc.).
- Background or education in Market Research, Information Systems/Informatics, or Business.
- Familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative market research methodology.
- Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Interest in competitive intelligence and healthcare technology competitors.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools such as Crayon.
- Previous experience in healthcare or technology research preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a positive attitude.
- Analytical and creative thinking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline market research and competitive intelligence projects and platforms in collaboration with senior researchers.
- Collect and analyze secondary and primary research data using AI and other analytical techniques.
- Support assessments of market opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain the competitive intelligence platform and disseminate data to stakeholders across departments.
- Recruit, interview, and survey customers and prospects regarding healthcare technology experiences and attitudes.
- Recommend process improvements to elevate market research and competitive intelligence functions.
