Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Proven experience building a successful production application in a modern web framework.
- Strong knowledge of AI models, including agent SDKs and agent harnesses.
- Experience with fine-tuning AI models.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with various back-end technologies.
- Ability to design new features with a focus on data model accuracy, security, and performance.
- Positive attitude and team mentality.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI models based on business needs.
- Design and build evaluation frameworks and configure observability platforms to monitor AI production performance.
- Collaborate with data science team to fine-tune AI models.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python.
- Test and validate AI model performance in real-world scenarios and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay current with advancements in AI technology to identify innovation opportunities.
- Work directly with the CTO and engineering team to evolve the platform.
