Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
- People leadership skills, including the ability to coach and develop direct reports.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate required business technology.
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Home office set up with high-speed internet connection.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive team productivity and quality regarding interview, hire, and placement metrics.
- Manage communication and career support for students and alumni.
- Guide graduates through the interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers.
- Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and call monitoring for assigned team members.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of wellness and high performance.
