Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role within large accounts or an industry-related sector.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and resolve critical escalations at the executive level.
- Expertise in articulating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project and change leadership skills to manage multiple high-stakes accounts.
- Proficiency in data storage, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise IT sectors.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed, with historical averages up to 30% in EMEA/APJ and 15% in AMS.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate global service delivery for strategic accounts, including onboarding, support engagements, and capacity planning.
- Drive proactive incident management by identifying technical risks and delivering root cause analyses and resolution strategies.
- Act as a strategic advocate bridging the gap between customers and internal Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
- Execute quarterly operational and executive management reviews to align technology with business priorities.
- Facilitate high-quality implementations and migrations within enterprise change control windows.
