Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in dispatch or fuel accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to make financial decisions independently within guidelines.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Availability for an on-call rotation requiring nights and weekends.
- Petroleum industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor designated customer tank readings.
- Plan fuel deliveries based on current levels and average daily usage.
- Monitor market trends to adjust delivery timing for optimal purchasing.
- Schedule and coordinate fuel deliveries with carriers and suppliers.
- Resolve customer problems via phone and email.
- Review and correct bulk fuel vendor invoice exceptions.
- Process vendor invoices and manage payment statements.
