Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a professional environment.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing complex platform issues, configurations, and automations.
- Experience with full lifecycle application implementation, migration, and decommissioning.
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integration tools.
- Experience with incident management processes, including major incident coordination.
- Proficiency with application monitoring and alerting tools such as DataDog or NinjaOne.
- Strong skills in Jira for ticket tracking and workflow management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical escalation point for core business applications including Zoho, Monday.com, NetSuite, Jira, and Zapier.
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, configurations, automations, and workflow failures.
- Monitor system performance using tools like DataDog to identify and address issues proactively.
- Coordinate resolution for P1 and major incidents and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Troubleshoot API and integration failures between internal platforms to reduce manual processes.
- Manage ticket lifecycles in Jira, ensuring accurate status updates, SLA integrity, and clear documentation.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, system runbooks, and documentation for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering and operational teams on system improvements and technical projects.
