Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Financial systems configuration.
- Experience supporting Financial Systems in a multi-company or multi-national environment.
- Hands-on configuration, customization, and implementation experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches), Coupa, Avalara, and Stripe.
- Proficiency with NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteScript, or similar platform extensibility and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation concepts.
- Strong understanding of the Agile process.
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical users.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable process improvements within the Financial Systems ecosystem.
- Architect and facilitate the seamless integration of new subsidiaries and business ventures.
- Implement programmatic system configurations balancing business logic with automated compliance standards.
- Serve as a Lead Engineer, mentoring junior team members on system design and best practices.
- Manage the full deployment and maintenance lifecycle of 3rd party bundles and plugins.
- Design and enforce system controls compliant with SOX requirements and IT General Controls.
- Partner with Product Managers to evaluate technical feasibility and translate business objectives into requirements.
