Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Financial systems configuration.
- Experience supporting Financial Systems in a multi-company or multi-national environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches), Coupa, Avalara, and Stripe.
- Experience with NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteScript, or similar platform extensibility patterns.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of the Agile process.
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- High level of motivation, self-starter, and team-player mindset.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable process improvements within the Financial Systems ecosystem.
- Architect and facilitate the integration of new subsidiaries and business ventures.
- Implement programmatic system configurations balancing business logic with automated compliance.
- Mentor junior team members on configuration quality, system design patterns, and industry best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical system capabilities with long-term business strategy.
- Manage the lifecycle of 3rd party bundles and plugins to ensure stability.
- Partner with Product Managers to evaluate technical feasibility and translate objectives into blueprints.
- Architect and execute testing frameworks including Unit, UAT, and Regression testing.
- Design and enforce system controls compliant with SOX and IT General Controls.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Corporate Financial Systems stack.
