Requirements

- Willingness to learn, grow skills, and build domain knowledge in insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of document templates including policies, quotes, binders, endorsements, and notices.
- Translate insurance product requirements into schema-driven, reusable templates.
- Develop, debug, and optimize document templates by diagnosing data-mapping, layout, and logic issues.
- Maintain document quality and stability by writing and executing test plans.
- Triage and resolve document-related requests and incidents using Jira.
- Improve templating tools, processes, and standards in partnership with engineering.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on document behavior and configuration.
- Collaborate across time zones and teams to support document maintenance and launches.
