Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Address and resolve common customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Act as Live Trip Support during weekend shifts, monitoring trips and addressing disruptions like delays or cancellations.
- Manage unexpected events such as vehicle breakdowns or weather issues by coordinating alternative solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in Sprinklr.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and Enterprise Sales during active trips.
