Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Address and resolve common customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Act as Live Trip Support during weekend shifts, monitoring trips and addressing disruptions like delays or cancellations.
  • Manage unexpected events such as vehicle breakdowns or weather issues by coordinating alternative solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in Sprinklr.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and Enterprise Sales during active trips.
