Requirements

  • Experience leading Marketing in a B2B SaaS company with a mix of Product-Led Growth and sales-assisted growth.
  • Track record of building demand engines that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep experience across demand generation, growth marketing, ABM, paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment regarding funnels, attribution, conversion, CAC, and pipeline quality.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales on pipeline creation, account prioritization, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing while respecting clear ownership boundaries.
  • Comfortable leading senior ICs and managers through difficult trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI to improve marketing workflows.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and create operational discipline.
  • Excellent commercial creativity focused on measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Redefine marketing strategy, planning, KPI frameworks, and operational cadence.
  • Manage demand engines across paid, organic, content, lifecycle, webinars, and events.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to align funnel stages, pipeline SLAs, and Account-Based Marketing programs.
  • Improve self-serve acquisition, trial activation, and enterprise demand generation.
  • Build performance reporting, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Embed AI into marketing workflows to improve personalization, research, and efficiency.
