Requirements

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining a new function.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
- Genuinely curious about hospitality technology and the intersection of AI and GTM.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing marketing data across systems like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn to map data flow.
- Design structured data connections to ensure reliable inputs for downstream AI workflows.
- Architect a campaign lifecycle framework that maps content to pipeline progression.
- Automate performance data assembly and reporting across marketing channels.
- Design AI prompts, agents, and automated sequences for repeatable marketing tasks.
- Develop systems for the broader marketing team to operate independently.
