Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with significant ownership of paid search channels.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads with a strong track record.
  • Expertise in AppsFlyer (or an equivalent MMP) and in mobile marketing overall.
  • Experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly advertising budgets.
  • Track record of successfully scaling hypergrowth products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of attribution models, incrementality testing, conversion tracking, and mobile measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns.
  • Manage Apple Search Ads campaigns to drive high-quality mobile app acquisition and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and user quality.
  • Develop and execute ongoing A/B tests across audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Build ad-hoc dashboards and provide actionable reporting using AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Manage advertising budgets responsibly while maximizing growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Partner with Product, Design, BI, and Engineering teams to improve conversion funnels, attribution, and measurement.
