Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing with significant monthly budgets.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Proven experience in e-commerce with high-value cart items and complex customer journeys.
- Advanced technical skills in tracking: GA4, server-side GTM, enhanced conversions, and consent mode.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in attribution modeling and performance analysis.
- Fluent German and strong English language skills.
- Proactive, independent, and structured working style.
- Nice to have: Experience with Meta Ads, Media Mix Modelling, marketing automation, Google Ads Scripts, Python, or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Oversee significant monthly media budgets with a focus on ROAS optimization.
- Build and maintain a scalable in-house performance marketing infrastructure.
- Manage advanced tracking setups including GA4, server-side GTM, and enhanced conversions.
- Analyze cross-channel attribution to inform budget allocation across Meta, Display, and TV.
- Coordinate external agencies and freelancers for various marketing channels.
