Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience running Google Ads independently
  • Strong background in performance marketing agencies or ecommerce media buying teams
  • Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads campaign types (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display)
  • Hands-on expertise with third-party tracking tools, specifically RedTrack
  • Experience with postback URLs, offer parameters, and conversion event configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex account-level issues
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to brief landing page optimizations
  • Strong documentation skills for standardizing processes
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
  • Ability to create a video introduction detailing a campaign optimization case study

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display campaigns across multiple product offers and accounts
  • Set up and maintain full tracking and attribution in RedTrack, including postback URLs and conversion event configuration
  • Diagnose and resolve account-level issues including conversion tracking failures and billing problems
  • Evaluate offers independently to decide whether to scale, test, or cut losses
  • Brief landing page requirements to web developers based on performance data
  • Deliver weekly performance reports including spend, ROAS, and CPA metrics
  • Establish and document campaign setup standards for the team
  • Mentor junior media buyers on campaign architecture and optimisation
