Requirements

  • Proven experience running B2B Meta ad campaigns end to end (strategy, targeting, budget, optimization).
  • Track record of generating booked calls or qualified sales opportunities rather than just traffic or engagement metrics.
  • Ability to provide transparent, data-backed reporting and optimization recommendations.
  • Proven ability to draft, write, create, and publish compelling direct-response static and video ads.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in a performance/ads agency environment.
  • Experience managing multiple B2B client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to build or own reporting dashboards that tie spend directly to pipeline outcomes.
