Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing Native advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record scaling paid media campaigns profitably at meaningful spend levels (Native, Meta, Google, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, including working with large datasets and building reports.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and revenue-per-click or revenue-per-session monetization strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of proactively testing, iterating, and scaling campaigns.
- Expertise in landing page optimization, including real-world testing examples that led to measurable improvements.
- Experience optimizing toward down-funnel quality metrics like lead-to-sale rate, client retention, or lifetime value.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for performance outcomes.
- Clear and effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the Native channel end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and performance outcomes across platforms.
- Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget to drive efficient, profitable customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance daily, identify root causes of changes, and take decisive, data-informed actions.
- Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel to identify and close gaps in user experience and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap, including A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing page experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and analytics teams to align media strategy with content and monetization goals.
