- Own the Native channel end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and performance outcomes across platforms
- Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget to drive efficient, profitable customer acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance daily, identify root causes of changes, and take decisive, data-informed actions to improve results
- Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel to identify and close gaps in user experience, conversion flow, and revenue opportunities
- Translate data into clear insights, identify the key drivers of performance, and take ownership of acting on them
- Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap, including A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing page experiences
- Continuously launch and iterate on new campaigns, creatives, and tests to drive incremental performance gains and scale what works
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities and focus efforts on initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and analytics teams to align media strategy with content and monetization goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (CPL, ROAS, profit per session, lead quality, etc.) and deliver actionable reporting to stakeholders
