Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or onboarding at a payment service provider, acquirer, or payment infrastructure company.
  • Solid understanding of payment processing, including approval rates, acquiring, financial settlements, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience working with merchant accounts and PSP relationships.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to manage workload and proactively bring solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for international partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
  • Fluent Russian language skills.
  • Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels from first contact through to live transactions.
  • Build and maintain integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring smooth technical and commercial setups.
  • Own a portfolio of merchant accounts, tracking performance, flagging risks, and leading resolution.
  • Maintain and update a risk register for active partners to stay ahead of compliance and acquirer requirements.
  • Manage merchant account dashboard metrics including volume limits, transactional data, and status.
  • Review and renegotiate financial conditions such as processing rates, settlements, and rolling reserves.
  • Triage and close incoming partner requests across compliance, IPS, and acquirer queries.
  • Resolve settlement delays and debt issues with partners directly.
