Requirements
- 15+ years of tech experience within B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or data infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing and securing leadership positioning in major analyst reports (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
- Expertise in executing global, multi-category communication strategies.
- Proven track record of commanding poise and influencing at the C-suite and VP level.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and quantitative skills for market research and data analysis.
- Excellent people leadership skills with experience in mentoring and performance management.
- Ability to partner effectively across matrixed stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
Responsibilities
- Set the global analyst relations strategy across core and emerging portfolio.
- Build and nurture relationships with tier-one firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
- Drive end-to-end strategy and content submission for major market reports such as Magic Quadrants and Waves.
- Identify opportunities to influence analysts in emerging market spaces.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and provide feedback on messaging.
- Scale and optimize the AR function, including budget management and team development.
